We also want to give a special shout-out to Miss E for her 2 years of dedication and care here at the center. We’re so grateful for everything you do for our kids! 💛
What a great day with our seniors! 🎉
We enjoyed a talk from Trustbridge Hospice Care, got creative with sand art, played some bingo, and shared a delicious meal together.

As the spectacular Edna W Runner Education Center Summer camp comes to a close,  we again thank our incredible volunteers for helping teach our students to swim and be more comfortable in the water. This critical life skill is also fun and brings each student pride and confidence.

We're incredibly grateful to Prime Time Palm Beach County, Inc. for arranging Coach Coney from the YMCA to visit our center! Our students have had an amazing time learning new physical activities and games that got them moving and smiling this summer.
During summer months, maintaining physical fitness is especially important for our young people. Regular exercise helps boost mood, maintain healthy weight, improve sleep quality, and develop crucial social skills through team activities. Coach Coney's engaging approach made fitness fun and accessible for everyone!

# Summer Fun at Jensen Beach Bowl! 🎳
Our Edna W. Runner Education Center summer campers had an absolute blast at Jensen Beach Bowl this summer! From perfect strikes to friendly competition, the smiles and laughter were contagious as our students tried their hand at bowling. For many, it was their first time experiencing this fun activity!
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Cognizant Classic for their generous gift that made these special outings possible. Your support has opened doors to new experiences and created lasting memories for our students.
These opportunities to explore new activities beyond our center help build confidence, develop social skills, and most importantly - create joy-filled summer memories that will last a lifetime!
And, as usual, that exercise tires out our team of bowlers! HA - sleepy time on the way home!

A Special Morning of Reading and Joy! 📚✨
Our students at the Edna W. Runner Education Center had the most wonderful morning today with Ms. Toni from the Early Learning Coalition! Her energy and passion for reading brought our classroom to life as she engaged our young learners with interactive storytelling and reading activities.
The smiles and excitement were contagious as Ms. Toni worked her magic, making books come alive and sparking curiosity in our students. These special visits not only strengthen reading skills but also help foster a genuine love of learning that will serve our children for years to come.
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Toni for bringing such joy into our classroom and for her dedication to supporting early literacy. These partnerships with community organizations like the Early Learning Coalition make such a meaningful difference in our educational programs.
Special moments like these remind us that learning is at its best when it's filled with joy, connection, and caring mentors!
