In the coming months, the Edna W. Runner Tutorial Center expects to finish an expansion project of almost $2 million for its facility on Church Street in unincorporated Jupiter.
JUPITER — The Edna W. Runner Tutorial Center is more than brick and mortar, its executive director says.
“No matter where they put us, we’re still going to be a quality after-school program,” said Edna Runner, the leader and namesake of the Limestone Creek-based non-profit.
Still, she acknowledged her volunteers and the kids they serve can’t help but look forward to the day they move into their soon-to-be-remodeled facility on Church Street.
